Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
ID is not required to enter the event. There is no minimum age requirement to enter the event.
What are my parking options for this event?
Free onsite parking will be available on Rogosin Boulevard, which is the street to the right of Harold Rankin Park. Additional parking is only a 5 minute walk in both directions at both Woodlawn Baptist Church and in Downtown Lowell (Second Street, North Main Street, West First Street, and at City Hall.)
Will alcohol and tobacco products be allowed?
No outside alcoholic beverages. Harold Rankin Park is a tobacco free and smoke-free facility.

What's the refund policy?
There are no refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please be prepared to show either your digital ticket, your printed ticket, or your ID.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
If you do not have your digital or printed ticket, you must show ID to redeem your ticket and that ID must match the name of the person that ordered the tickets. If you have your digital or emailed tickets, the name of the person attending does not have to match the person that ordered the tickets.
