The City of Lowell Planning Board and Board of Adjustment is looking to fill 3 vacant seats. Interested persons should submit an application that can be found here
City Council will appoint three members to a three (3) year term.
Duties include: provide recommendations to the City Council regarding land use matters, hear appeals, and variances. The Planning Board membership will also function as the stormwater commission for matters relating to the city’s stormwater management.
The Planning Board and Board of Adjustment meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
We are looking for dedicated citizens of Lowell who are wanting to help the city navigate the growth and development in a manner that is beneficial to all residents and business owners!
